The Original Project - 2019

I created Rescue Roundup in 2019 as a way to give back to rescue dogs! Participants made over 3,000 'Canine Care Kits' including a hand made dog toy, a decorated bandanna, and some treats! The event also included demonstrations and educational sessions on how to train your dogs and the benefits of doing so.

2020 - 2024

I've continued the legacy of Rescue Roundup since starting it through annual/bi annual rounds of the event. With 2 years of 'virtual Rescue Roundup' due to COVID, I'm proud to say we've continued to collect and donate thousands of Care Kits over the years!

Lincoln NE's 'I Love My Dog Expo'

This spring, I had the opportunity to host a table at the "I Love My Dog Expo" in Lincoln, Nebraska! Nearly 100 participants visited my table and generously gave their time, making dogs toys to donate to the humane societies in Lincoln!

Lancaster County 4-H

This year, I've had the wonderful chance to be a regular volunteer with the Lancaster County 4-H Dog Program. In addition to assisting at trainings, I was asked to lead a service project for the club, allowing the reach of Rescue Roundup to now be extended through 4-H programs in two different states!
